Harbor City

Harbor City is a Los Angeles neighborhood with a population of about 36,000. Located in the Harbor region of Los Angeles in between the cities of Wilmington and San Pedro, Harbor City possesses a variety of schools, recreational parks, and landmarks. The Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park remains one of Harbor City’s most prized treasures and landmarks, consisting of a children’s play area, hiking trails, campgrounds, and a lake.

Harbor Gateway

Harbor Gateway is a residential and industrial neighborhood in the Los Angeles Harbor region. Known as a “Shoestring strip” that was created in 1906 to link the cities of Wilmington and San Pedro to the Pacific Ocean port, Harbor Gateway is a neighborhood with a population of about 42,000 people. Additionally, Harbor Gateway’s transit center stands as a big transportation hub for various bus lines and operates as a substantial commuter center.

San Pedro

San Pedro is a community within the city of Los Angeles with a population of 80,000. Previously a district dominated by the fishing industry, San Pedro is now known for its waterfront and blue tech industry. The area is filled with a rich maritime history and is home to such landmarks as the Battleship Iowa Museum and attraction, the Los Angeles Maritime Museum (the oldest maritime museum in California), and the museum ship SS Lane Victory (a victory ship of World War II and a National Historic Landmark).

Watts

Watts is a neighborhood in southern Los Angeles with a population of about 40,000. Watts has a rich cultural and artistic history and has historically been a popular spot for many television, film, and music productions. Watts' most famous landmark is the Watts Towers which is considered a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Wilmington

Wilmington is a neighborhood in the Harbor Region of Los Angeles with a population of about 53,000. Wilmington and neighboring San Pedro form the waterfront of one of the world’s largest import/export centers. One of the city’s biggest attractions is the Wilmington Waterfront Park, which will include green spaces, lawns, playgrounds, trails, gardens, and natural areas for the community’s inhabitants to enjoy. Wilmington has a rich history which includes the Banning Mansion, the former home of Phineas Banningand the Civil War Drum Barracks Museum.
